This project is located in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, invested by ExxonMobil (Huizhou) Chemical Co., Ltd, and our company undertakes the pile foundation construction of this project. The main construction content of this project is the construction of bored piles and pipe piles, a total of more than 1,200 pieces of 800mm diameter bored piles and more than 2,000 pieces of 500mm diameter pipe piles were completed.
The project started on December 25, 2021 and was completed on September 30, 2022, which lasted 280 days and met the schedule requirements of the general contractor. After the construction was completed, static load testing, pullout testing, acoustic testing, low strain testing and high strain bearing capacity testing were carried out by a third party testing company, and the testing results all met the design requirements.
The project overcame the difficulties of difficult construction organization, high requirements of construction measures in rainy season and serious cross-working, etc. With the strong support of the owner and supervisory department, and the united and unremitting efforts of all personnel in the project department, we insisted on safety first and quality first, ensured safety, quality and schedule, successfully completed all pile foundation construction tasks and submitted a satisfactory answer to the owner.
