This project is located in Bayannur, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, entrusted by China Shipbuilding Industry Group New Energy Co., Ltd, our company is responsible for the pile foundation construction of collectors in A, B, K, M and P areas of this project. The design strength of the pile foundation of this project is C30, the pile diameter is three kinds: 960 mm, 1,030 mm and 1,250 mm, the pile length is 3 m~5 m, and more than 5,300 piles are completed in total.
The project was started on July 15, 2018 and completed on November 10, 2018. The project department strictly implemented the relevant provisions in the compilation of rules and regulations of the owner and the company during the construction process, strictly organized, scientifically managed, carefully constructed, and fully accepted the management and supervision of the owner, supervising engineers and administrative authorities, and all indicators of this project met the requirements of the engineering contract. At the same time, the project department strictly followed the requirements of design drawings and specifications for construction, and each process team was inspected by the quality officer after passing the self-inspection, and then submitted to the site supervising engineer for inspection and acceptance after passing. After low strain testing, the proportion of Class I piles is 100%, the quality met the design requirements and the requirements of relevant national and industry quality standards, the overall quality of the project was accepted, and the construction period met the requirements.
During the construction process, the project construction staff worked hard to overcome the tight schedule, heavy tasks, weather and other unfavorable factors to ensure quality and quantity to complete the construction tasks on schedule, which was highly recognized by the owner and the supervisor.
