HBIS-POSCO Auto Sheet (Laoting) Project is located in Laoting, Hebei Province, invested and HBIS-POSCO Auto Sheet Co., LTD. The project has completed 1,304 bored piles with pile diameter of 800mm and pile length of 28-38m, 18,770 CFG piles with pile diameter of 400mm, 33,590m³ of soil excavation between the piles, 14,683m³ of bedding layer laying, and a total of 68,573m³ of backfill.
This project adopts 6m long casing to protect the hole wall, which successfully solves the problem of collapsing hole in the underground silt layer at the position of 3-6m. In the production of rebar cage, automatic winding machine is used to install spiral hoop, which not only saves labor, but also improves the production efficiency and ensures the quality of rebar cage production. Rebar cage production adopts the carbon dioxide arc welding for rebar cage welding, this process is not only easy to operate, easy to start the arc, and stable, but also has good welding quality, good crack resistance of the weld, good shaping, small deformation of the weldment, and does not need to clean the slag after welding.During the construction of grouting piles in this project, we experienced winter construction, and the lowest temperature of the site was minus 18℃, the big hopper was placed on the ground, which was easy to pollute the bottom of the big hopper and was not easy to be cleaned, and then we designed and invented the simple bracket for big hopper rinsing to solve the problem, which not only enhanced the civilized construction on the site, but also improved the construction progress.
This project started on March 19, 2022 and finished on April 02, 2023. Overcoming many difficulties such as high temperature and heat in summer, severe cold and low temperature in winter, stoppage of work and production due to COVID-19 epidemic and discontinuous construction drawings, etc., we actively coordinated and communicated with designers, supervisors, owners and other departments, and completed the piling construction task well, and the quality of the construction test was qualified, which was well praised by all organizations.
