At 8:58 a.m. on April 8, 2024, a grand ceremony was held in Jiangdong New Area of Hainan, marking the official commencement of the project of Jiankan No.1 Courtyard in Jiangdong New Area of Haikou City.
The ceremony was presided over by Zhu Xingwang, secretary of Nine Company of the Group Company, and Chen Jiayong, manager of Hainan Real Estate Company, Liu Yunfeng, manager of Nine Company, Yuan Junxuan, general manager of Hainan Huajian Engineering Supervision and Consulting Company, and Zheng Chengguo, project manager, delivered speeches respectively, witnessing this exciting moment together. Chen Jinxing, Dean of Architecture of Zhongyuan International Design Institute, Zhou Wenlong, Deputy Manager of Nine Company, Zhang Liushuan, Deputy Secretary of the Second Commercial and Trading Company, and Tian Linan, Deputy Manager of the Property Company, participated in the commencement ceremony.
The project is invested by CHCI (Hainan) Real Estate Development Co., Ltd, covering an area of 31.03 acres, with a total construction area of about 72,000 square meters, and an estimated total investment of about 850 million yuan. The project is scheduled to be completed in December 2025 and handed over in May 2026, aiming to provide high-quality living environment for the staff, build the brand of "CHCI" in the construction market, and lay a more solid foundation for further promoting the construction and development of CHCI Group in the Free Trade Port of Hainan.
At the commencement ceremony, Mr. Liu Yunfeng, the manager of Nine Company, and Mr. Zheng Chengguo, the project manager, said that as the general contractor of the project of Jiankan No. 1 Courtyard, they would do their best to ensure the smooth progress of the project and contribute to the market development of the Group Company. Mr. Yuan Junxuan, General Manager of Hainan Huajian Engineering Supervision and Consulting Company, also expressed his warm congratulations on the commencement of the project and promised that he would strictly control the quality of the project to ensure the implementation of the project at a high standard. Finally, Chen Jiayong, the manager of Hainan Real Estate Company, announced to fire a salute, marking the official commencement of the project of Jiankan No. 1 Courtyard.
