This project is located in Karshi City, Kashkadarya Region, Uzbekistan. It is invested by Kashkadarya SUS Environment Co., Ltd. The Group Company undertook the core piling works, providing a safe and stable foundation for the main structures of the waste-to-energy power plant. A total of 867 bored piles were completed, comprising 383 piles with a diameter of 0.88 meters and 484 piles with a diameter of 0.68 meters.
The project commenced on July 24, 2025, and was completed on October 29, 2025. Facing challenges such as a tight schedule and a large workload, the project team organized scientifically and efficiently completed all piling tasks within 98 calendar days.
Key construction resources like casings and high-quality bentonite were extremely limited locally. The project team ensured material supply through extensive sourcing and coordination. Furthermore, critical work processes—such as hole formation, reinforcement fabrication and installation, and concrete pouring—were led by our company's own Chinese personnel to guarantee adherence to technical standards. Simultaneously, training and management of local employees were strengthened to gradually improve collaborative efficiency. Operating in a complex environment, the team insisted on strict inspection of each work procedure, ensuring 100% compliance of all 867 piles in terms of hole depth, diameter, verticality, sediment thickness, and reinforcement cage quality. Third-party testing confirmed all results were satisfactory, with quality fully meeting design requirements.
The project team actively communicated and collaborated with the general contractor, designer, and supervision units, excellently fulfilling all project objectives. Their performance earned unanimous recognition from all parties involved, laying a solid foundation for continued market development in the future.
